We are still obsessed with Kevin and Kirstin's recent wedding. Their beautiful pictures in the garden we can't seem to move on from. We received some very kind words from the couple on their special day, see below on our testimonial page about their wedding journey with us.

Sniff I'm not crying, you are.

Style Ideas For March

With spring just around the corner, we are dreaming of the flowers coming back into the garden and outside spaces here at Goltho. So what better way to celebrate those beautiful blooms, with a gorgeous flower crown. No wedding should be without one in our book.

Money Saving Tips...

We are always on the lookout for a cheeky money-saving idea. With catering being one of the biggest costs to a wedding, why not consider some alternative ideas to the usual sit-down meal. You could consider, afternoon tea with cocktails in teapots, fish and chips with personalised newspaper wrapping, food trucks or even delicious picnic hamper.

The setup for our most recent wedding is fresh in our minds. Beautiful draping, rustic woods and a touch of white foliage made a gorgeous background for a very special wedding.

Style Ideas For February

Roses are red, violets are blue... with Valentine's Day just around the corner we can only be inspired by the romance of the red rose. Used in a bouquet, as name tags, pinholes or hanging down beautifully over your tablescape. Bringing some of cupid's arrow love to your big day.

Vendor Of The Month

We've added a new company to our vendor page. Gala Fireworks. Make your celebration one to remember with a show-stopping wedding fireworks display to create the ultimate finale to your special day. Their award-winning team of fireworks specialists is on hand to create a bespoke wedding fireworks package or choose from one of their pre-designed packages to entertain your guests and create the perfect backdrop for your evening photos. Check out our Vendor page for more details.

Daffodils in the Garden...

We are keeping our eyes peeled for our bright yellow friend in the garden. Signaling that spring is only around the corner. As a spring flower and the first to bloom, daffodils are symbols of rebirth and hope. They signify new life and resilience as they are strong little survivors who have weathered the winter storms.

Christmas may be over with many of us taking down our decorations but here at Goltho we keep the fairy lights on all year round for that cozy, romantic glow. We have recently added to our illuminations by adding some external lights throughout the gravel garden, the outside area of the barn to keep that nostalgic shine throughout the year.

Style Ideas For January

The fur stole has "stolen" our hearts this January. Perfect for adding a little flourish to your outfit with the practicality of some added warmth this new year. Pairs well a wintery theme, we are dreaming of frosty floral tones and ivory wedding gowns.

Vendor Of The Month

We've partnered with a fantastic vendor, Kimmie's Cakes. Kimmie is fully insured and registered with the local Environmental Health Department with a 5-star food hygiene rating. Snowdrops in the Garden...

Being over 4 acres, there is always something to look at in the garden at Goltho no matter the time of year. Beloved for its delicate beauty, the snowdrop flower has long been a sign that winter is almost over. Snowdrop flowers hold a number of meanings across cultures, from modesty and purity to sympathy, fertility, and renewal.
